hi, my name is fatima.

SELF DISCOVERY :O
I do not agree with the experiment carried out by Syracuse University psychology professor Paul Verhaeghen, PhD, Joormann and their colleagues who instructed 99 undergraduates to complete questionnaires measuring current and past depressive symptoms, creative interests and self-reflective rumination.

Firstly, different people have a different personality and behaviour, which means that the anwers are inaccurate. Secondly, by expressing one's self, it does not show any sign of depression as the person may or may not want to write an honest opinion. Thirdly, self discovery should be done by the person itself and not some randomly picked people to do a quiz and judge for them.

Self discovery is for the person to find out more about themself. They do that by experiencing life and learning from mistakes. Also, to find symptoms of stress and depression is to observe the behaviour of a person and not by asking them to write down or do questionnaires. They will experience during their daily activities.

Noone is the same, everybody is different. Thus everybody have their differences and their own depression. They have their own way of overcoming it, not only by creativity.
